Here are the terms and conditions. We do not accept returns on our sealed food products and our other products have a return policy of 5 days unused and unopened. On candle products, if you are not satisified thats it a great great candle, please let us know at customerservice@holyhillgourmet.com. Your candle pleasure is our business! If you need to return a product, we will require that the purchaser pay return shipping charges. If you need insurance, please let us know when you place your order. We work with our customers to find the most inexpensive shipping method available. We use USPS, Federal Express, and UPS to give our customers some of the best shipping rates available. Many of our shipping charges range from free promotions to flat rate shipping for large orders at a special discount that we pass on to you from our delivery companies.
